A letter to the Hospital Superintendent of GMC Hospital informing about the pitiful conditions of the wards and other drawbacks and lack of facilities.

 To,

The Superintendent,

Gauhati Medical College Hospital,

Bhangagarh, Guwahati

Subject: Dirty hospital wards and lack of facilities.

Respected Sir,

With due respect, we would like to state for your information that hundreds of patients come to Gauhati Medical College Hospital with the hope of getting good treatment. But of late the condition of the hospital has so deteriorated that it lacks many essential facilities, cleanliness, and a neat and clean atmosphere in the hospital wards. Even the services of the nurses and the ward boys are not satisfactory. The wards and the toilets are very dirty and stinking. It is not safe to keep patients in such a dirty environment.

Therefore, you are informed and urged to kindly do the needful so that the patients and the attendants get some relief while their stay at the hospital. This is a fervent request to your honor.

        Thanking you,
